Refund policy

We accept return or refund requests only under the following conditions:

• Item received is damaged, defective, or not as described

• Request is made within 7 days of delivery

• Photo or video evidence is provided

To start a return or refund request, please email us at cudlostore@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect sizing (please refer to sizing charts before ordering)

• Delays caused by shipping carriers

If your refund is approved, the amount will be automatically returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
