Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• All tags must be attached
• Item must be in original packaging

To initiate a return, please contact us at cudlostore@gmail.com with your order number.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
